We’re pulling back the current and sharing who the people are that work to make BurlyCon happen year round. Without the dedicated support of our BurlyBoard of Directors, Directors, and steering committee, we wouldn’t be able to host a live burlesque convention or online burlesque classes.

Miss AuroraBoobRealis
President
Miss AuroraBoobRealis is: Elemental. Sensual. Power. Co-founder of brASS: Brown RadicalASS Burlesque and Brown Girls Burlesque. 2022, marks her 15th year in burlesque. She is an interdisciplinary performing artist with 20+ years experience creating in the intersections of burlesque, dance, theater and poetry.
Gigi Holliday
Vice President
GiGi Holliday is the Entertainment Director, premier host, and dancer for the La Boum Series, owner of Studio Holliday Burlesque Studio, Owner and Creative Director of Gi² Productions and Co-Founder and Co-Producer of the InDCent Arts Festival. Gigi is the "D.C. Legitimate Love Child", a D.C. Legend and NY’s Rising star.
Jo Weldon
Board Member
Jo Weldon is a founding member of the Burlycon team. She is an internationally-recognized author, lecturer, emcee, performer, and instructor. She founded the New York School of Burlesque in 2004, and it’s still going strong. She has also been a member of the production team at The Burlesque Hall of Fame since 2004.
Sandy Beaches
Board Member
Sandy Beaches started her journey into Burlesque in 2007 when she graduated from Miss Indigo Blue’s Academy of Burlesque. She has been part of the Board of Directors since 2009 and has held multiple roles being a board member along with various roles on the BurlyCon steering committee.
Coco Lectric
Board Member
Austin’s “High Voltage Vixen”, Coco Lectric is the Headmistress of the Austin Academy of Burlesque, founder of the Austin Burlesque Alliance, Co-Founder and Producer of the Jigglewatts Burlesque Revue, Co-Producer of the Texas Burlesque Festival, and Producer of the World Go-Go Championship.
Alotta Boutté
Board Member
Alotta Boutté is an international and life long performer. She was a part of the Mugler Follies in Paris and Beach Blanket Babylon, the world’s longest running musical revue, in San Francisco. She began performing 15 years ago as a part of the award winning, all-Black burlesque, troupe Harlem Shake Burlesque.
Bebe Bardeaux
Board Member
Bite-sized bibliophile Bebe “The Doll” Bardeaux is an award-winning shake dancer, historian, pinup model, and rollergirl. She was awarded the 2019 Golden Smile Award at the Golden Legends Champion Challenge and was nominated for the New York Burlesque Festival’s 2018 Hottest Freshman Golden Pastie Award.
