Golden is a neo-burlesque performer who enjoys storytelling through music and movement. They are a teacher at the Atlanta School of Burlesque and a member of the CandyBox Revue. In 2021 she co-produced Life in Sepia, the first Black burlesque revue in Vermont, with The Maine Attraction. They are currently the Associate Producer, collaborating with Roula Roulette for Kiss My Grits! Burlesque and Vaudeville Festival taking place in Atlanta in 2025. Golden started her career in Vermont in 2018 and has since performed in Seattle, D.C, Boston, New Hampshire, Maine, North Carolina, and Georgia. Golden has been mentored by Gigi Holliday since 2020 and is considered an original #heauxofholliday. The mystifying mystique explores their unique range on stage from classic to goth and metal- you never know what you’re gonna get but you know it will be glorious!
Golden believes in the elevation of BIPOC, fat, disabled, and queer artists not just in burlesque but all performance arts. Golden uses their Virgo attitude to support productions, organizations, and artists when needed with their efficient mindset. Part of her mission is to have burlesque funded, honored, and respected like all other art disciplines.
They are excited working on the board of BurlyCon to further serve the burlesque community and industry.
