D’Fenix are a non-binary artist from Rio de Janeiro. Actor graduated from the Casa das Artes in Laranjeiras (RJ), they have a degree in Performing Arts from UNRIO (RJ) and specializes in sexuality (INPASEX / 2019). Co-Creator of the International Burlesque Festival “Yes Nós Burlesco!” – RJ. Researcher of burlesque art with an emphasis on dissident curation. Invited to judge at BHOF 2022. As an educator, They have given workshops in the extension course at the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro, POA Burlesque Festival, Argentina, at the Academy of Burlesque – Seattle (USA) and BURLYPOD(2021). As a performer, they have an international career and have performed in Buenos Aires, Seattle, Vancouver, Minneapolis, New York and acts as an ambassador for Brazilian Burlesque in their exchanges abroad. They have been a volunteer for 18 years at BSGI – Brasil Soka Gakkai International as a Human Rights activist.
